Aww sis, I feel you, ang sakit talaga ng ingrown nails! Honestly, a few of us tried waiting until 6 weeks post-CS para mas assured na okay na yung incision, pero if the pain is really bothering you na, pwede ka nang mag-pedicure as long as the salon is super clean and your wound is fully healed na (no oozing or anything). I'd still check with your OB muna just to be safe, especially since CS pa, they know your healing best and pwede ka nang i-clear nila. Good luck, mama, deserve mo yan!
