7 Months preggy

Hey mama, yan ang Braxton Hicks contractions, yung practice contractions ng uterus mo, super normal sa 7 months! Pero since may sakit din sa balakang mo, mas maganda pang i-check mo with your OB just to be sure everything's okay, lalo na if it gets worse or mas frequent pa. A few of us pregnant moms namin nag-experience din nito, and our doctors said it's fine as long as hindi bleeding or super intense ang pain, pero better safe than sorry talaga especially pag may kasama na ganitong symptoms.
