Hindi po exactly the same, CBC (Complete Blood Count) ay ang basic blood test na tinetesting ang red cells, white cells, at platelets mo, pero ang CBC DC (Differential Count) ay mas detailed version na nagbibigay ng breakdown kung ilan exactly ang bawat type ng white blood cell. One of my mum friends had to get both done when she was pregnant kasi kailangan ng doctor ang full picture ng blood levels niya, so parang CBC lang ang base tapos ang DC ay the detailed explanation pa lang. You might need one or both depende sa kung ano ang sinusuri ng doctor mo, pero usually kung may problema, both are ordered together para complete ang results!
