Di ako hypothyroid. Pero from what i know, if hypothyroid ka and nakamaintain ka ng levothyroxine, need increase dose by 30 percent as soon as pregnancy is detected. May increased requirement kasi sa pregnancy at si baby. Otherwise pwede bumaba IQ ni baby kung hypothyroid ang mommy.
