Depends on your body. If hindi naman maselan ang pregnancy mo pwde but still consult OB. I breastfed my 2nd without knowing I was pregnant with my 3rd. Nagstop ako kasi nahihilo ako nun. But I have friends na nag breastfeed habang buntis and nagtandem breastfeed pa nung lumabas na yung baby.
