Oo normal yan, mga Braxton Hicks contractions lang yan na super common around 36 weeks, parang practice contractions ng body mo before the real labor! Pero since you're already near your due date, best talaga na i-mention mo sa doctor mo during your next check-up, lalo na kung mas madalas na or kung may pain, just to be sure everything's good with you and baby. A few of my mum friends had the same thing and doc said it was just baby getting ready, pero importante talaga na you're monitored regularly at this point kaya wag mag-skip ng check-ups mo ha!
