Regla after Nanganak

Ask lng mga mii .. Kapapanganak ko lng nung December 2024,normal delivery.. 4 months bago ako niregla(1st week ng May). pero dis June hindi ako ni regla,1st week of june sana iniexpect ko na meron pero wala..pure breastfeed po ako at wala family planning,hindi dn po ako buntis.normal lng po ba un or gnun tlga?? .tnx sa makakasagot

Ay, normal lang yan sis! Kasi pag pure breastfeeding, ang prolactin ay nakakatulong na mag-delay ng period, a few of us din experienced na lumipas ng 5-6 months or even longer bago bumalik ang regular regla, kahit walang family planning pa. As long as you're exclusively breastfeeding and hindi ka pregnant, it's just your body doing its thing postpartum, pero if you're really worried or it takes super long pa, better check with your OB lang to be sure.
