Mommy, lower back pain and cramping are super common sa late pregnancy especially pag engaged na ang baby's head, pero since you're already 37+ weeks and may history of early dilation, kailangan mo talaga mag-check with your doctor or midwife ulit para ma-confirm if these are just Braxton Hicks or signs na labor is really coming soon. A few of my mum friends nag-experience din ng same thing around this time, at ang iba nag-labor within days, ang iba naman went past 40 weeks pa, so it really varies and walang sure way to tell except through proper checkup! Rest up, stay hydrated, at lagi mong i-monitor ang pains, if they become regular and closer together, that's when you head to the hospital na.
