Cramps left side lower abdomen

Ask lang po sa mga #TTC After ovulation nakaranas po ba kayo ng cramps on your left side or right side abdomen hindi sabay minsan nasa kaliwala lang hindi rin natagal ng 1 minute parang kinukurot lang yung pakiramdam and seconds lang sya tapos ganun ulet... Is it a good sign? Nabasa ko kase sa google parang implantation cramps syaI dont have implantation bleeding 😅 swerte daw yung mga nakakaranas non... Lol currently 7dpo today, nakaranas ako ng cramps 1,2, and 3 dpo..What do you think guys?Nag ttry talaga kami mag conceive 3months after my 1st twin baby MC, so we are praying for rainbow baby 🙏🙏 #advicepls

Aww sending you baby dust! Honestly, cramping after ovulation is super normal, it could be implantation, it could be your uterus doing its thing, or sometimes just progesterone doing its work kaya mahirap mag-assume based on cramps lang talaga. A few of us sa mom group namin, some had implantation cramps on one side, some had none at all, and lahat naman nag-conceive, so it's really such a mixed bag! The fact na nasa 7dpo ka na and experiencing something is encouraging, but I know the TWW is torture, just try to relax and see what happens sa next few days, lalo na pag mag-bleed ka or positive test. Rooting for your rainbow baby!
