Elevated WBC sa third trimester ay common kasi ang katawan mo ay stressed from the pregnancy, but the acidic urine plus high WBC together ay kailangan i-check ng doctor mo agad, hindi siya normal combination at baka may urinary tract infection o something na need treatment, kaya please don't worry too much pero go na sa OB mo para sure. A few of us moms had similar scares and turned out minor lang, pero importante talaga na i-rule out ang infection especially when you're preggers, para safe sa baby. Your diet can contribute to urine acidity pero ang WBC elevation is more about immune response, hindi lang from sinigang or acidic foods. I know you're worried kasi first time, pero ang best thing now is to get checked properly rather than guess, go na sa doctor mo, okay?
