Adult diaper or Maternity pads?

Honestly, maternity pads lang talaga ang priority mo, those are specifically designed para sa postpartum bleeding na sobrang heavy, kaya mas absorbent at comfortable sila compared sa regular pads, at marami kang kailangan for the first week or two, maybe 2-3 packs to start. Adult diapers are more for convenience kung gusto mo talaga ng hands-free option habang nag-recover, pero hindi siya essential unless ikaw specifically prefer na walang hassle ng changing pads every hour. A few of us moms in our circle, nag-maternity pads lang kami and we were fine, pero isa sa amin swears by adult diapers din dahil super convenient habang nag-adjust pa sa recovery and breastfeeding. Siguro best is mag-stock ng maternity pads as your main and maybe 1-2 adult diapers just to try? Either way, mas importante talaga yung sufficient maternity pads kaya better go with more ng yan.
