Sino po dito yung low hemoglobin and hematocrit tapos 9 months na tummy?

Ask lang po if kapag low po yung hemoglobin at hematocrit posible po ba na di maka anak ng normal delivery? Yung height ko po kasi is 4'11 lng tapos yung fundal height nman ng tummy ko is 33cm..thank you po sa response if ever meron po..
