Uy mama, normal lang yan! A lot of us experienced lower back pain and cramping after intercourse near the end of pregnancy, ang uterus mo lang super sensitive na at prone sa Braxton Hicks contractions, especially pag 37 weeks na. Just rest, drink lots of water, and monitor kung gano katagal ang cramping; if it doesn't ease up in a few hours or if you're worried, best to message your OB just to be safe, yan ang peace of mind mo na. Congrats sa malapit mo nang araw!
