So at 28 weeks, parang may tatlong bagay na dapat mong bantayan, one, if may thickish, pinkish discharge (ito yung mucus plug), labor could start anytime soon or kahit after a couple of weeks pa, so hindi automatic agad; two, if may clear fluid na parang tumutulog lang (could be amniotic fluid), that's more urgent kaya hospital agad; and three, mga mild cramps na parang tightening lang (Braxton Hicks) ay normal pa lang, hindi pa active labor. Someone in my mum group shared na the key is knowing ang difference between "eh lumabas lang talaga" versus actual symptoms, at honestly it's so confusing pag first time! Either way, I'd say text your OB with a photo or description if kailangan mo ng peace of mind, better safe than sorry, lalo na at 28 weeks pa lang you want baby cooking a bit more pa.
