Spotting after giving birth

Ask kolang po, cs po ako last march 10.. Matagal po bgo mtapos bleeding ko.. Umabot po cguro ng 3weeks tpos spotting gang 3mos..normal poba un.? Sa pgkakaalala kopo kso sa frst born ko saglit lang ako nag blewding then aftrr 3mos bumalik na mens ko.. Ngyun po kasi exclusive breast feed po ako.. Sa frst born kopo formula.. 4mos napo si baby ko ngyun. My tyms prin po na nagspotting ako hnggang nagyun pro ndi nmn po madalas.. Normal poba un? Sana po my makasagot.. TIA.. ❤️

Ay alam ko yan, mama, the spotting can last longer kapag exclusively breastfeeding kasi ang breastfeeding mismo ay nag-delay ng period, kaya yung postpartum bleeding ay mas nag-extend din! A few of us noticed the same thing: mas matagal kami nag-bleed and spotting with our EBF babies compared sa formula-fed kids namin, so hindi ka nag-iisa. That said, since it's been 4 months na and you're still getting random spotting, mas safe na i-check mo with your OB just to be sure everything is healing properly, could be normal pa rin, pero better peace of mind, diba?
