Girl, congrats sa pregnancy! Honestly, the safest bet is to look for mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide kasi hindi sila absorbed sa skin unlike chemical ones, a few of us pregnant mums prefer those pa lang to be extra safe. Dermatologist-approved brands or even drugstore ones na clearly labeled mineral/physical sunscreen are okay, pero mas better talaga if macheck mo muna with your OB just to be sure, especially kung may sensitive skin ka man. Alternatively, pwede ka ring mag-invest in good face products na may sun protection na safe for pregnancy like Mama's Choice Face Moisturiser & Face Serum (made specifically to be pregnancy-safe!) so you're covered both ways, pero honestly sunscreen pa rin ang most reliable.
