No sore boobs
Hi. Ask ko lanh po, unli latch po si Lo. Exclusive Bf po siya. Nagtataka lang po ako, hindi na mabigat ung boobs ko. Hindi na siya katulad ng dati na sobrang bigat. Ok lang po ba yon? Hindi na rin akp makapag pump dahil onti lang nakukuha ko.
Uy, totally normal yan! Dati ang boobs natin parang rock solid kasi super engorged pa, pero after a few weeks to months ng consistent breastfeeding, the body adjusts na lang at hindi na kasing-heavy, it means your supply and demand ay naka-balance na, which is actually a good sign hindi ka overproducing. A few of my mum friends were worried din about the same thing, pero ang lactation consultant namin assured us that soft boobs during exclusive breastfeeding just means the body has settled into a rhythm, especially kung si Lo naman ay well-fed, gaining weight, and having enough wet diapers. If you're worried talaga about your supply or kung gaano sya kalakas with the latch though, best to check with your lactation consultant or pedia just to be sure she's getting enough, pero honestly, if she's happy and feeding well, you're probably doing great!
