Ay mama, normal lang yan actually, some of us bled for like 6-8 weeks after giving birth, lalo na if may implant agad, kasi ang hormones from the implant talaga can affect your bleeding pattern pa lang siya nag-adjust sa katawan mo. But since you're almost at 1 month na and it's still going strong, I'd really suggest checking in with your OB just to be sure everything's okay, especially since the implant was inserted so soon, they'll know better kung normal lang ito sa iyo or if something needs attention.
