Day of conception

Hey mama! Honestly, the conception date is super important kasi doon nakabase ang OB mo para malaman kung ilang weeks ka na ng pregnancy at when your due date is, pero hindi mo kailangan mag-worry kung hindi mo exact alam, most of us don't! Usually ang OB ay tinatanong kung kailan ang last period mo, tapos from there they calculate, so as long na alam mo yun you're good na. At your first ultrasound, makikita na rin nila exactly kung gaano kalaki baby mo so they can adjust the dates if needed. Don't overthink it, mama, this is very normal na question and the doctors deal with this all the time!
