Ay, don't worry mama, sipon at ubo lang yan, super common talaga sa pregnancy at hindi ito makakasama sa baby! What I'd suggest though is mag-check ka with your OB para sure lang, especially if the cough gets worse or may fever ka, kasi mas maayos na monitored mo ito during pregnancy. A few of us moms did steam inhalation at honey (pero consult muna your doc before any meds), and drink lots of water, it really helped lessen the cough. Take care of yourself!
