Honestly, I'd suggest checking with your OB about Energen during pregnancy kasi it's really best to get that cleared directly with your doctor, different preggies have different needs and sensitivities, especially with supplements and fortified drinks. A few of us mums have used it, but pregnancy is such a personal thing na better safe than sorry talaga!
