Bedrest at 6months.

Ask ko lang pinag bedrest ulit kasi ngaung ika 6months ko due to spotting and some contractions, possible kaya mag walking na ulit ako ng 30mins since nakapampakapit and wala nadin akong spotting saka contractions na nararamdaman? Nag increase kasi weight ko 69kg na ako from 66kg dahil sobrang sedentary ng lifestyle ko ngaun ika 6months ko.

bedrest lang talaga muna. Ano klaseng bedrest ba sinasabi ng OB sa yo? complete bedrest ba with bathroom privileges? complete bedrest talaga? or bedrest as needed? For me, the fact that you're spotting I wouldnt take a risk to do some walking kahit na maypangpakapit na iniinom...

complete bed rest w/ bathroom privileges. sumasakit kasi ngaun ang legs ko dahil sa bigat ko kaya na stress ako 😅. thank you.

Sumunod po kayo sa OB niyo,normal lang nman tumaas ang timbang kse nga nka-bed rest ka yung mga kinakain mo diretso napupunta sayo at sa bby kaya chill ka lang po.
