Aw, normal yan usually kapag nagswitch ng formula, ang tummy ng baby needs time to adjust talaga, lalo na kung first time niya Nestogen! Kung once a day lang at watery pero hindi siya uncomfortable or may fever, observation lang muna para makita kung mag-normalize sa loob ng 1-2 weeks, pero kung persistent pa rin or may other signs like rashes or hindi kumain ng maayos, better check with doc para sure lang. A few of us mums namin tried formula switching din at ganyan din nangyari, so don't worry too much yet, libo-libong babies ang naka-Nestogen without problems, basta give it time.
