Constipation then spotting..

Hi ask ko lang meron b dito same case sa akin, usually kc nagkakaroon ako ng spotting kapag nagloloose ung bowel ko.. Like for example 1 week constipated then pag um-ok n ung pagdumi ko bigla na lang may spotting, nakakapagtaka lang kc pag napapacheck naman ako s ob wala namang makitang problema pinagdududahan p nga ng ob ko n bka hindi galing s discharge ko ung spotting kundi s pwet ko daw pero sure nman n ako kung san galing light brown/dark red as in old blood lang ung discharge and konti lang pero worried mom pa din ako since 2x n ko nakunan and on and off ung spotting kahit 20w2d n ko now.. Meron kayang pdeng lab na gawin para mahanap ung cause nia.. thank you s sasagot..
