Hello! Regular exfoliation -- either physical by using scrubs that are gentle or chemical by using products with alpha hydroxy acids -- will help reduce comedones (blackheads/whiteheads) Ok din mag pa exfoliate sa derma clinics - pero cguro after lockdown na :) There are also anti-aging products that help prevent formation of comedones such as retinoids.
