Twice na po kami nagpa consult, cetirizine and cetaphil (lotion&soap) lang daw po muna. Ang problema po kase after 1 week bumabalik po kase ulit. 🙁

Sun avoidance and sun protectionis the easiest way to lighten the skin. Pwede dn lightening lotions -- medical grade ones (ung available sa mga clinics) are usually better than OTC ones. For underarms, u can use lightening creams. Minimize trauma to the underarms (eg. plucking) Avoid using deodorants with many ingredients which can cause allergies leading to darkening Consider hair removal. Some clinics also offer underarm lightening procedures like chemical peels and laser.

Hello! Majority of the products available in the market are safe to use while pregnant – this includes cleansers, moisturizers and even sunscreens. Products that are not recommended for use when pregnant are prescription products – such as: hydroquinone or retinoids. In general, I always tell my pregnant patients to avoid using anything na hindi naman kailangan. Non-emergency skin issues that do not really affect your quality of life should be addressed after giving birth na. Hello! Stick to lotions that contain few ingredients - pregnant skin can be a little more sensitive than usual kaya prone to allergic reactions etc. Feminine wash that stick to the ideal vaginal ph is best. Lactacyd, seba med, betadine feminine washes are good examples
