Hello! In my opinion, ok lng gamitin ang myra e lotion habang buntis. Karamihan naman ng cosmeceuticals na binebenta are safe to use while pregnant –halimbawa cleansers, moisturizers and even sunscreens. Some of the prescription products, however, are not recommended for use when pregnant – for example: hydroquinone or retinoids. Ako, I always advise my pregnant patients to avoid using anything na hindi naman kailangan. Non-emergency skin issues that do not really affect your quality of life should be addressed after giving birth na. You may refer to a youtube video I made about pregnancy skin – what’s safe and what’s not: https://youtu.be/RsLYxix5cBw With regards to darkening ng leeg. It can happen to some, while not in others. But in case mangyari ito sayo, it usually goes away a few months after giving birth

You may refer to a youtube video I made about pregnancy skin – what’s safe and what’s not: https://youtu.be/RsLYxix5cBw with regards to whitening lotions as long as wala naman itong ingredients like hydroquinone or retinoinds, most likely safe naman cya. but i would rather recommend avoiding sun exposure and using sunscreens to make sure na hindi ka iitim rather than using lightening lotions.
