Hello! Most if the products available in the market are safe to use naman while pregnant – this includes cleansers, moisturizers and even sunscreens. Ang bawal lng are usually prescription products – for example: hydroquinone or retinoids. In general, I always advise my pregnant patients to avoid using anything na hindi naman kailangan. Non-emergency skin issues that do not really affect your quality of life should be addressed after giving birth na. You may refer to a youtube video I made about pregnancy skin – what’s safe and what’s not: https://youtu.be/RsLYxix5cBw But for dry skin, please choose mild soaps (eg dove sensitive unscented) or wash (ceradan, aveeno skin relief, cetaphil) and choose creams over lotions (eg, ceradan, aveeno skin relief) To prevent drying of your skin here are some suggestions: 1. Use mild, soap-free cleansers 2. Limit bathing to 5-10 minutes 3. Use cold to warm (not hot) water 4. minimize scrubbing 5. apply emollients after (creams with minimal i

Allergy to garter of your underwear, tight underwear, detergent and fabric softeners are the most common causes of itching in the bikini area. Pwede din ingrown hair, or fungal infection.

Efficacent oil (methyl camphor salicylate + menthol) is not recommended for use in the third trimester. In the first 6 months, pwede naman pero paminsan minsan lng.
