Baby 4bulan sembelit

Sabar ye, constipation at 4 months memang tough to watch! Kalau doc dah check dan cakap tgu, biasanya okay je, but since baby dah berak sikit on day 3, good sign lah tu. A few of us tried gentle tummy massage (clockwise motions) atau warm compress on the belly, and some mums swear by ensuring baby dapat enough milk/formula dan water intake. Kalau esok pagi (day 5) still xberak or baby nampak uncomfortable sangat, do ring the doc again lah, xperlu tgu, especially if baby jadi cranky atau perut keras. In the meantime, jangan worry too much, most babies sort it out, tapi kesian nampak baby struggle, so trust your gut if something feels off.
