39week5day, tapi belum ada any construction, risau pula dibuatnya..

Ahhh sabar je dulu mama, 39 weeks 5 days tu still within normal range, jangan risau sangat! I had a friend who reached 40 weeks plus a few days before anything happened, and doctor said it's perfectly fine, every baby ada their own timeline, you know lah. Jalan kaki memang bagus, tapi jangan stress yourself out too much because that can actually delay things lagi. Just stay active macam biasa, eat well, rest when you can, and keep your appointments dengan doctor, they'll monitor and let you know if anything needs intervention. Kalau dah reach actual overdue date baru doctor akan discuss induction atau other options lah. For now just try to relax, easier said than done I know, tapi baby will come when ready!
