Anyone here who's very active in attending mom and baby workshops?

When I was pregnant with my first child, yes, I was really active. Now, I don't have the time anymore since I'm the only one taking care of my babies.

Haven't tried any of that because normal seminars are intended for parents only not for mother and daughter. Any leads for that? Please share. TIA!
