25 weeks Mono-Di Twin Pregnancy

Congrats on your mono-di twins, mama! That's exciting, 25 weeks na, halfway there na practically! I don't have personal experience with mono-di myself, pero a few of my mum friends who had twins always said the monitoring gets more frequent kasi shared placenta, so make sure you're keeping up with your OB appointments talaga.
