Before 6 weeks, baby is kinda hard to be detected from normal scan hence a vaginal scan is needed.. for myself these scans were all done by doctors so nothing to worry about.. Just relax when they scan you..

Don't worry about that because baby is too small to be seen via abdomen, a vaginal scan can be seen via more angles.
