Spectra Dual S

I really feel you on this, it can be so overwhelming trying to figure out which pump to go with especially when you are a new mum. A friend of mine used the Spectra Dual S and she said it was really comfortable to use, quiet enough for nighttime pumping, and the suction levels were easy to adjust to find what worked for her. She found it pretty straightforward to set up once she read through the manual properly, and felt it helped maintain her supply well.
