Eat well for newborn

Anyone tried the ear well before? There's a fold on the ear and the PD suggested to do an ear well.

Hi there, can I check whether did you apply ear well for your new born and at which week after birth? How long it takes? I have the same issue with my new born and considering doing it asap. Thanks
