Anyone tried celebrity Bettina Carlos' milking bombs? How was it? How much sf to Makati?

I've tried the milking bombs and it tastes great. If I won't control myself, I can finish 1 dozen in one sitting. It costs Php450/dozen. It was free delivery (Muntinlupa) when I ordered (I ordered two dozens).
