I had reflux that lingered well past the first few months postpartum too, so you are not alone in this. It can sometimes settle on its own as your body adjusts, but six months is quite a while and it is worth checking whether there is something else going on versus it just being a slow postpartum recovery. I would say it might be good to see your GP or even head to a polyclinic, just so they can rule out anything that needs treatment rather than waiting it out. Getting a proper assessment gives you a clearer picture of whether you need medication or just some dietary tweaks to manage it.
