Extended breastfeeding

Oo, malakas pa rin talaga ang milk kahit extended breastfeeding, lalo na if consistent ka sa demand! A few of us in my mum group are still nursing our 2-3 year olds, and honestly the milk supply stays pretty good as long as baby keeps feeding regular. My pediatrician told me na the body keeps producing milk based on how much the baby drinks, so if your toddler is still nursing frequently, your supply adapts din. Ang iba sa amin nag-notice lang na mas thick or creamy ang milk as they go longer, which is actually great for nutrition. How often is your little one nursing?
