Baby's poop

Hi, anyone here na same sa baby ko mix fed po s26 ang milk and 4 months old..ganito po poop nya. Normal poba sa mixfed ang ganito? Sana po may pumansin need answer po thankyou!#pleasehelp #1stimemom
