Incompetent Cervix

Hi, anyone here na naka experience ng incompetent cervix - yung nagkakaopening sa cervix kasi hindi mahandle bigat ni baby? Bedrest ako for 2 weeks. Baka may maisa-suggest po kayo?

I was also diagnosed with incompetent cervix last Nov. 15. My OB adviced me to do bed rest for 3 weeks, no walking or any unnecessary movements. Also no sexual contact with my husband.
