I heard that aloe vera gel can be effective in treating symptoms commonly associated with eczema. It can help soothe dry, broken and irritated skin which is vulnerable infections. I haven't tried it personally but I'm a fan of aloe vera and it's moisturizing and healing properties. Not surprised that it can help manage eczema symptoms.
