stock issues for specific baby brands can be so frustrating especially when your little one is already used to it. I am not sure where has stock right now since it seems to be quite widely out, but it might be worth trying Redmart, Shopee, or Lazada and setting up a stock alert if they have that option. You can also try popping by specialty baby stores like Mothercare or even some of the bigger NTUC Finest outlets, as they sometimes carry things the regular branches don't.
