It seems like your results are pretty much normal, but borderline high. Suggest that you cut down on sugar and increase your (plain) water intake. All the best, mummy!
no problem! just limit your sugar intake especially food and drinks. drink more plain water. i understand sometimes it's the cravings. i tend to crave desserts and soft drinks but i also increase my intake on plain water. good luck Mummy! ❤❤
