Aww mama, that sounds really uncomfortable! Honestly, with the cracks, dryness, rashes, and itching all together, you really need to see a doctor or lactation consultant ASAP, it could be anything from thrush to eczema to a skin infection, and they can properly check kung ano talaga ang nangyayari at give you the right treatment para hindi lumala pa. In the meantime, try Mama's Choice Nipple Cream, it's safe for breastfeeding at maraming mums swear by it for cracked, sore nipples, though honestly ito lang bandaid lang while you're waiting for your appointment.
