I haven't heard of many local mums using it here, but it does sound like a prescription medication so your PD or dermatologist would be the best one to ask about whether it's suitable for your child and available in Singapore. If your child has a skin condition that's not responding well to the usual treatments, might be worth bringing it up at your next appointment to see what options they'd recommend.
