Migraines. Help :(

Anyone having migraines during pregnancy? i’m 14 weeks now. Any advice or remedies? Too painful to even sleep :( help.

2. gp say 8 a day is fine 4 hrs apart. but if its really bad i will take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed
