Hi, anyone can have no symptoms as Week 5? I'm worried, because UPT positive but no symptoms

Still early. Symptoms usually start 6w above and peak at 9w. But some people start symptoms on 4w. But some doesn’t have any symptoms throughout pregnancy such as morning sickness
