Post natal massage

Hi sis! I don’t have a specific therapist to recommend but I’ve seen a lot of mums go for Malay traditional postnatal massage through word of mouth or local FB mummy groups, and they usually book quite fast so better to arrange early. What I would do is ask around for someone experienced with confinement care, check reviews if possible, and also make sure you feel comfortable with the therapist coming into your home since you’ll still be recovering.
