Backpain

Anyone have backpain during pregnant? How to cure it? it feel uneasy to do work either stand, sit down or walk.

its normal n nothing much u can do. why not try to massage it? but avoid using medicated oil.. u can use olive oil instead.

yeah. me too. my mum actually do not encourage me to have some massage during pregnancy but when i do read some article, massage can help much.. so, i end up put on some medicated plaster brand salonpas b4 i sleep.. huhuhu. but u cant put it daily. huhuhu..
