I've done 2 times IVF. 1st was fresh cycle, 2nd was frozen cycle. 1st was unsuccessful due to OHSS and it was a Day 3 embryo. 2nd was successful with 2 Day 5 blastocysts.
Personally felt that body is more rested during a frozen cycle as compared to fresh cycle since you would have a few weeks to expel all the IVF hormones out before the embryo transfer.
